ReplyDeleteits not hypothetical...its v obvious....if we jus think about worries...we ll b surrounded with lots more of worries....jus try onethng...wenevr u feel low....think of somethng which changes ur mood....think of happy moments or listen to some good music......trust me, wid in no time.. u ll b back to normal...I dnt say, its easy...coz ppl say lots of things v easily....but wen u start applying this to ur everyday life...u ll observe the changes urself....
